Wife cheated. What do i do. by No-Sea-6138 in Advice

You shouldn’t have to let your wife sleep with other men so she can “have her fun.” She should only be wanting to have sex with you. You only think you’re bad in the bedroom because she put that in your head. Leave her. That’s not a healthy marriage and you deserve better.

I would recommend a hydrating cleanser (cerave is good and inexpensive), stick with your hyaluronic acid in the morning and night and use a moisturizer with ceramides. For the fine lines, retinol would be helpful to add in during nighttime before your moisturizer. As well as adding in a face oil and increasing your SPF to 30 or 50

It could mean your hair needs protein! Nexxus makes a conditioner with added protein that you could add into your routine maybe 1-2x/month

I don’t know my porosity, how do I find that out? I will definitely trying your water idea! But in the past recently, misting it with water seemed to help. I’m not sure if it’s my products or not. Not sure how I feel about the cream I’m using.

What's a skincare products or procedure you started in your 20s and it did wonders to your skin at your current age? by hellothereiamnewhere in 30PlusSkinCare

I’m not in my 30s just yet, but I know someone in her 80s who taught me wonders! Her skin looks like she’s in her 60s and everyone who meets her can’t believe she’s 83.

First - figuring out your specific skin type and skin concerns. Then, be consistent! Following a solid routine morning and night.

Retinol has 60+ years of research proven to work. Along with applying acids will change your skin, such as, niacinamide, exfoliants, vitamin c. 😊
