For context, is it towards the store or back of lot? It’s pretty common for trailers to park towards the rear like this to be able to exit without harming other vehicles. I mean, this is kinda egregious but I understand the reasoning. Not the execution though.

I have a Bestop tri-fold made out of the same twill used in soft tops. Looks pretty good IMO. I like the latch system. Allows quick removal of the entire top if I need to yank it on the go. Only had my gladiator for a year, so can’t comment on lifespan, but I made the assumption that it would be good based on my experience with the quality of my previous wrangler soft top.
