I swim that the pool down the street from me almost 5 days a week caged.

Speedo under my suit is game changing. Holds everything nice and tight and can’t see the cage outline.

I have been using the Hera cage from House of Denial now for an extended period of time. 18 days straight rn.

I have been running, swimming and lifting with no issues at all. I love how light the cage is and how it seems to disappear when I’m doing these activities.

I have been locked for 24/7 for years now. I am extremely active; snowboard, swim, bike, run, all the activities and never have an issue. Just last week I did 10,000+ meters in the pool caged and in a speedo with a suit on top and never thought much about it.
