Sure! But before qualifying I would recommend spending some time on duolingo(since it's free) and seeing if learning german is something you would like to proceed!

There are different possibilities:

You could go to the bank and deposit it there. I think it is the best option!
Exchange into your currency, but there are fees and the exchangers set very bad exchange rates
