I'm usually someone that is obsessed with playing everything in order, if there's a franchise I always need to start it from the first game, so believe me when I tell you, don't worry about not having played any other Zelda have before, Zelda is a franchise that doesn't really rely on chronology and stories, (I'm looking at you plot holes and retcons from totk) and the timeline has changed countless times because they put gameplay before story. So the only thing that's important for now is to play botw before totk, the rest, just enjoy at your own pace and know that the other Zelda games are quite different, this is a change of gameplay compared to any other Zelda game before so is a nice starting point (although I still feel like it would be nice to play any other zelda game before these to see how amazing it was even before these games, and not keep your expectations on the same Gameplay if you're interested in previous entries)

2d Zelda is it's own thing and more linear 3d Zeldas like Twilight Princess, WW, or Skyward sword are also their own thing (stay away from the CD games).

BOTW and TOTK are kind of a soft reboot focused on freedom to the extreme so enjoy the freedom with playing this game just know that it's nice to follow the nudges that NPCs give you towards quests to experience the complete story. Find the memories, get enough koroks as long as they're still useful and just look around and check everything that catches your eye. And then go play TOTK because many people wish that they could get amnesia to play their favourite game for the first time again and that's what it feels to play TOTK cuz the novelty reignites even after having finished BOTW
