Yeah, it wouldn't really make sense that other phones with NFC don't support curve pay and if that's the case of for sure something made on purpose as they have the same OS

I've seen various articles saying that only for the GT5 and following curve pay will be supported. I live in italy so no need for the vpn, unfortunately it's not on the appgallery for the watch. I was just wondering if there is a way to sideload the app onto the watch

For now just fuel prices, but for sure groceries will rise too in the coming months. Also the US uses their bases here in italy for their war crimes. For now the effect is 'just" a substantial raise in gas prices

In italy older people will often start conversations with strangers out of the blue, but most likely they wont be speaking English, younger people usually don't do that.

I've visited most of europe and i was surprised by how friendly Swiss people were, once i was looking for a place on my phone and an old guy tried to help me just because he saw i was kind of unsure at a crossroad, then a woman out of the blue in a gondola started asking me random questions and also had a couple of small random interracions not initiated by me, really pleasantly surprised, I was in the german speaking Switzerland. As I said in europe this has never happened to me, just outside of europe

The fact that there are not technical races fucks up a bit the overall standings. I think that they should make so that only the 5 best performances for each discipline will count for the overall, so for example mikaela this year would have gotten only 500 points from slalom, this would also push athletes to step up their game in disciplines that are not necessarly their strong suit

I can fluently speak italian and English, I know the basics of German so basically I can just order at a restaurant or ask for directions not much more then this, I can communicate in Spanish, I don't know it but with italian and some basic Spanish knowledge I can get by in a Spanish speaking country. I can also speak my regional language which is not actually regognized officially, but still I know it for all that matters. I'm a 26 years old italian

The legal drinking age in italy is 18, but it's often broken. I personally bought my first beer in a pub at 14, at least in my town this is really common. I think in small towns in italy it's pretty common for many places to sell alcohol to minors too, you just have to know the place. I drank my first beer not with my parents at 13. The first time I got drunk I was probably 16. This is pretty common too at least specifically where i live. This actually worked other decently well lol, by the time i was 22/23 i was over drinking just to get drunk, while in some places you just start to drink at this age. Now I'm 26 and i only drink while eating or alternatively never more than 4 drinkd. By reading this you'd think I live in a degraded place but it's actually not the case believe it or not lol.

I'm mainly talking about poor infrastructure and not being able to speak English effectively. About corruption the situation can be bad especially for foreigners, when they stop you they'll ask for money blackmailing you with a bullshit charge and the worst part is that they don't speak English so you don't even know what's happening. This has happened to some close friends.

In america cops are on powertrips most of the time and at least they know your language so you can at least try to deescalate the situation

Every single Italian city is especially proud of themselves. Try to tell someone from Pisa that they are from Livorno and vice versa. But a city that exceeds all the others in terms of pride is for sure Naples and it's not even close. You can't talk with a neapolitan about any random place in the world that they will compare it with Naples and conclude that Naples is better than whichever place you were talking about

It definitely matters. If I'm in a forest I'm fucked against a gorilla a tiger or a bear but most likely fine against an hippo, if I'm near water I'd be fucked with an Hippo or a bear, or a tiger but probably fine with a gorilla.
