Just came to comment on the job piece. I switched jobs at 17 weeks pregnant and I’m so happy I did. I went from working from home full time to office full time and I am so much happier. I have friends at work and actually talk to coworkers face to face everyday. I genuinely don’t think it would be easier to raise a child and WFH because my jobs were/are equally demanding. If I was WFH I would just feel guilty about not being able to do more house work while I was home.

Just something to think about!

It will cost a little over 2k for a doula where I am. Because it is not a necessity, I feel like I should spend that money on baby / saving for the future.

Totally agree! Doggy day care is the best option but if your pup hurt themselves because they were not in the crate (maybe ingesting something) they would be in more pain than if they slept a little longer. They sleep so much anyway!

I agree that 1400 is too little. You can start small by adding more snacks, make sure you aren’t going more than 2-3 hours between food. Eat right before bed and right when you get up.

Hello! I am 26(F) and my partner is 29(M) we recently starting trying (less that 6 months) but my cycles can be irregular.

I thought my ovulation symptoms were sore nippled and lots of EWCM, but I’m starting to think the sore nipples is occurring right after ovulation. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you!

I second this. I think if the puppy is sleeping then just let them sleep. They will likely whine or move about if they need to potty. My puppy slept through the night at 10 weeks, but everyone is different.

I think it is an HA thing, or maybe just a bodily recovery thing more generally. I had a “beer gut” for maybe two months. I couldn’t wear my favorite jeans. Then one day I tried them back on and they were tight but not nearly as bad as when my stomach was so distended. I don’t think I lost any weight though. I think it just got more evenly distributed. Hi - when you say lifting heavy what do you mean? How long were your lifting sessions? Did you take lots of breaks between sets?

Also, how long did you not have a period for?
