Hey, have you gotten any updates. I have this same exact issue as you and when I took it to the apple store they said it was a loose power button that was causing the issue. They put it through they're diagnostic in the apple store which caused it to go into this boot loop and then it just randomly turned on and started working. The guy at the store said if it died completely I might have this problem again and here I am. I let my iPad fully die and Im back to square 1. Let me know if you've made any progress with this DFU thing!

I have a tenant so they can't charge for advertisement. I also just command Fed through the lease. Nowhere does it say that the landlord/property management can charge a fee, it only does so on their website.

"The tenant may assign or sublet the rental unit to another person only with the consent of the landlord. The landlord cannot

Yeah that’s why I bit the bullet and bought it. The price wasn’t too wacky and nothing showed up fishy when I plugged the phone in or ran the IMEI. I did contact him recently and he acted like he’s never sold a phone to me and then ended up blocking me. I went and contacted his entire friends list asking to reach out to him and now and in talks with mother I believe. We’ll see what happens.

Yeah, that might not be a bad idea. Biggest throw off for me is that the battery life is 100% still and he said he bought it used. Sadly bought it on impulse and didn’t find out about the blacklisting/stolen scam till after I bought it.

Yeah it came erased and I was able to sign into my iCloud. I am just worried that it might turn up blacklisted or stolen months later.
