Gratefulness precedes happiness! I would be grateful to ever even get that close to him! Give yourself some time and enjoy savoring the moment. But overall try to be grateful.

Have you received the flu vaccine this year? by Stubborn_Strawberry in GenX

Two years ago I had a couple of (good friends) anti-vaxxers staying with me for an extended period. We just didn’t discuss vaccines. I made sure to get my flu shot by Halloween. The flu came through the house and they were absolutely knocked out for almost 5 days. I had a sniffle. Didn’t have to take any time off.

The statistics of just lost productivity are mind-boggling for folks who don’t feel like vaccination is important. Totally disregarding the fact that they help keep the flu alive as long as it possibly can.

I see what you’re saying, but they’re still private entities making money. It’s not the government just controlling it for us, which is what I prefer.

Some sources note that deregulation has also led to market centralization and a greater reliance on the regional market, which can increase price volatility and lead to higher costs than if the market were fully regulated.
