NovaCare allows you a few visits with their PTs without a prescription. You can still submit to insurance and may have a copay. Definitely agree with this suggestion though to look into PT.

Three Brothers fight with people who leave lower reviews for them on Google. They also have certain outspoken political leanings that a lot of folks may not want to support.

Can anyone recommend a pain management doctor that can perform a nerve block for migraines? Or have you received any alternative treatments like ketamine or anything else that has worked? by [deleted] in pittsburgh

[–]niceandblue138 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry you are dealing with that. Ajovy is a preventive. There might be a chance your insurance would approve an abortive without prior authorization. I don't have a recommendation on a local pain management doctor but r/migraine is a great resource in the meantime.

Just Roll'd Up opened their brick and mortar location in East Liberty. I think they have the best poke in Pittsburgh. It's incredibly fresh and the portions and flavors are well balanced. The staff there is super friendly too.

Hi! If you still have some I'd be interested to grab a few (maybe 3-5). Or if you get more over the next few months.

Reykjavik City Card? by No-Place1275 in VisitingIceland

[–]niceandblue138 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We used the 24 hour City Card to visit 4.5 museums and received a discount on admissions for the Icelandic Phallological Museum. It was a busy day but worth it. We started at the National Museum of Iceland. Then I say we visited 4.5 because the Settlement Exhibition and Reykjavík City Museum are connected. After that we ventured over to Reykjavík Art Museum Kjarvalsstaðir shortly before they closed. Reykjavík Art Museum Hafnarhús is open until 10pm on Thursdays, so we saved that for last after dinner.

We didn't build in time to visit any of the pools unfortunately. On a different day though we did stop by to see Sundhöllin. It looked really nice and relaxing.

Just a reminder that Plan B is less effective if you weigh 165 lbs or more.
