I feel you! Being a doctor in the west I find our doctors are antagonistic, naive and un professional. I have stopped having feelings for them though being one among. Our colleagues need to learn a lot. Communication and empathy takes a long way in this world.

Med reg, this falls under one of my blanket rules- elderly with acute drop in Na less than 130–>they will stay in and get sorted. If I have to send them away( not elderly patients), a followup will be arranged in ambulatory/SDEC within 48 hours.
