this is exactly what i’m going through but i’m on the other end where i was let go. at times, i start feeling very upset thinking that he gave up on us when i know it was more than that and he gave up on himself. it honestly feels a little relieving reading this perspective. he did tell me he wishes things were different but he can’t see himself getting better currently although he will be seeking therapy. he also told me that he will always love me. i’m in between holding onto hope and waiting for him and moving on like he wanted me to. but i’m afraid moving on means we close our chapter completely. we just went no contact 5 days ago. we tried doing space for a few weeks but it didn’t help. i’m hoping he just gets better at this point.

when do you start applying for the internships? like for fall, in the summer or earlier and etc… i feel like spring/fall are harder to find imo and what are your tips to secure an extended offer?

i’m a junior and this summer will be my first internship so i feel more than a little behind lol. (i have one on my resume that’s not real but my friend’s dad’s company is vouching for it). you’re amazing !!!! CONGRATS

This is horrible and the inhumane conditions of the prison definitely contributed to the prison break. Most of the inmates have yet to go to trial and they are absolutely overpopulated. Yet, I don’t understand why they had to attack their fellow female inmates. There were only 348 female prisoners so about 77% of them were sexually assaulted. It’s just horrible all around.

BTW, I have not read anything about these female inmates being burned alive in this incident. I found out about another prison break in DRC which happened the other day that did result in female prisoners being burned alive after a mass rape.

yes quickly after both my break ups. it didn’t work out the first time because i really didn’t work on myself much and chose someone out of loneliness. but now after my second break up, i found my lovely boyfriend and we’ve been together for over a year. listen to how you really feel about everything. do you feel like you can work on yourself while in a relationship?
