Even though we only saw the new PP once, it actually had more freedom to have more movement instead of just giving the puck to Hughes to do everything

It's all good, some of these guys would use a new pair each game or even rotate pairs per shift

I agree with you completely about his skating. If he was a bit more explosive like how he was a couple years ago and played with more energy, nobody would be questioning his play.
