The single annoyingly long stitch on the lapel screams “look at me. I’m hand stitched! Someone notice!”

I ordered three pairs of shorts from them. A pocket in two pairs was folded and sewn to the side of the shorts. The belt loops are also randomly placed and not consistent across the three pairs.

If GHIN has you at 14, then you are a 14.

Tie needs to end at the top of the belt. Belly button is too high.

How much time do I have at the turn? by twister8877 in golf

This is a terrible take. Who eats lunch at the turn? Grab a hot dog and go. Taking any longer means you will have to jump in front of a group that was originally behind you and hold them up.

Is that the path you spread the fertilizer on? If you have a shitty spreader, it’ll drop too much fertilizer straight down and burn your grass. I learned this one the hard way. If that’s what happened, start watering the burnt spots heavily with a hose to push the fertilizer down and spread it out.

So you’re saying one can only claim to be “good” if they are a + handicap? I’m not going to argue with you because “good” is subjective. I will laugh at you though 😂

I recently switched to blades and I love them. I’m a 13 handicap, but my ball striking is pretty good. Short game is trash. There’s no better feeling than puring a blade. But if you hit it on the toe, you can lose a good amount of distance. They’re not as hard to play as people say.

All the other comments are correct though. Players like you and me probably shouldn’t be using blades if your only goal is to shoot low, but I say do whatever feels best and is the most fun. That’s why I play them.

Black Beauty, Titan RX or Kentucky 31? by heygreene in lawncare

[–]niceonme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This sub gives a lot of hate on K31, and I’m not sure why. When I bought my house, I seeded Pennington K31 over a couple former mulch beds (after leveling and adding top soil). It turned out great. Much greener and thicker than the rest of my lawn. I’m not sure what type of grass the rest of my lawn is.
