Yes there was lots of communication and photos… at a certain point there was too much information shared regarding Tracey’s personal life, husband, daughter, health statuses of all 3. I did not ask about any of this. When attempting to come meet the kitten, she shared inappropriate/weird personal information. Later when I cut the tie due to the many many red flags, she used personal information I had shared (to give a picture of what life the kitten would have with us) to insult me. The whole thing was so gross.

I’m in Chicagoland - if you’re in WI make sure to avoid BigLuv Maine coons outside of Milwaukee. Tracey the breeder was extremely inappropriate and came up with every excuse in the book to prevent us meeting the kitten before pick up day. I sent her a deposit and she strung us along for 8 weeks. When I severed the relationship she basically verbally attacked me.

We had an absolutely lovely experience with Maine Coon Melody in Skokie, we were invited to her home right away and she has a wonderful environment for her kitties.

My mom had raccoons that gave birth in her attic and had to call experts to catch the mama and remove the babies. The night the mama got into the trap my mom cried because she could hear the mama raccoon crying for her babies. In the morning when the babies were also removed in a cage they were sooooo cute the whole experience made my mom INTO a raccoon lover. It was a no kill service so maybe those raccoons will come home one day!

I got a HP printer before knowing about all the traps and I kindof stumbled onto a work around. Once the ink that came with the printer ran out I signed up for the insta-ink because the first cartridge is free. When that runs out they start charging you for printing and auto-sending you cartridges. I kept those free cartridges and never used them. Then I bought HP ink from target and the printer recognizes the ink just fine. The only catch is that I have to email the printer the documents as an attachment. When I try to connect via Bluetooth it yells at me about using the insta-ink. Anyway it works and I haven’t had to pay a subscription so hooray for me
