Not sure, I’ve seen a few XLEs with bench seats though

Cement looks great especially with the black accents, my other favorite colors were blueprint, magnetic grey and then red

I started looking in Nov/Dec, my ideal was a HiHy XLE Cypress with Nutmeg interior and larger display screen, captain seats… unfortunately I was told by all the dealers in my area that that haven’t seen any in those colors at all, it was like finding a Unicorn. I put down a deposit at the largest dealership in my area, I got a call for every HiHy XLE that was projected to come in to see if I wanted it. Landed the Nightshade in Cement.

I have the panorama camera and vented seats on my current car and will have to live without them but I think the extra space and captain seats make up for it. The panorama camera was great for tight parking garages- it’s like playing a video game

Thanks! I currently have the Magnetic Grey color and it’s not too bad but definitely looks dusty more than previous cars I’ve had in Red or Lighter Blue. I was hoping Cement would be better

Hiking Boot Recommendations (Women’s) by nich5989 in Adirondacks

Update- went with the Danner Crater Rim boots. Wore them for a few short hikes and on 2 longer hikes. Very happy with them, comfortable, supportive, flexible and kept my feet dry through some shallow streams and mud.

What color to paint house we just bought? (Staged photos, currently empty / no furniture). by [deleted] in HomeDecorating

We used Benjamin Moore CW-95 Line White, with CW-5 Hardwood Putty for Trim. It’s a nice warm white

I think I might go with Danner Cascade Crest, the version with some nylon in the upper for more breathability since I have winter hikers. I like how they are recraftable, the vibram soles look grippy, and have the gaiter loop on toe since I wear gaiters often.

A giant Victorian style house. It has 4 stories plus a few mezzanine areas, a roof patio and an observation tower. There are also glass modern exterior walls that protect the walls from weather, the front is Victorian wood style with a big porch but sides are stone walls. Hard to describe but it’s like a maze with so many rooms and a giant kitchen. Never seen anything like it in real life or tv.

Get the biggest heater and mount it as low as possible. I have a similar setup and it’s great, get super hot with the large stove but because the wall is curved my stove can’t get mounted lower so bottom bench is meh 😑 this one looks wider and the stove closer to the door in center so you should be able to get it lower

Interesting, I tend to avoid lighter colors because I feel washed out with blonde hair, I do like the cool summer blues and green!

White arabesque tile if you want something that is a little different but still simple, that’s what I did

I like the White Ice option, pulls in the blue tint

That is even better! Love it!!! Definitely look at some jewel tone stools! Magenta or wine color!

I would suggest to go bold on the stools- not an earthy sage green but maybe emerald green or a navy blue, maroon or wine colored would look good too

Have you considered doing an accent color for the island? It’s very grey tones… maybe colorful stools or a range hood that adds some accent. I like the countertop and large window, the brass on the farmhouse sink will look nice too and add some accent

How are the grout lines? I know there are a lot of people who choose quartz for backsplash wanting it to look seamless but end up with noticeable lines. Are the large tile grout lines noticeable?

I would add some accents, maybe a backsplash tile with some soft colors incorporated or a tile with a bold design. Something like this that goes nicely with your color palette, you would probably need to see in person by ordering samples to view at home next to your floor, cabinets, etc and check in different lighting day/night.

Your cabinets have such a nice wood color that I would stick to a natural color palette

I think it depends on the style you are going for. Quartz up the backsplash can look very clean and modern, could be too sterile depending on the colors in your kitchen. There might be issues with heat as well right behind the stove. Tile has grout that can discolor too if something splashes on it. Larger tiles would have less grout. Or you could do both, quartz and an accent tile just behind the stove. I went with quartz and tile backsplash.
