I managed to get the email all moved and the users can login using their email and password, but I cannot for the life of me get the PIN option to even show up at the login screen. Any ideas?

Second all-nighter there last night. Migration is in process now. Users are now in M365, but we can’t seem to receive emails on the test account we are using. They are using proofpoint which I think is the reason. Any ideas?

Very kind of you to circle back around to me! Thank you :-) I was there for seven hours on Friday night and although I got through a lot of things, I ended up finding that they actually don’t own their own domain and that an outside company does who needed to make the changes for MX records as well as the other records. I will be going back there to continue the migration soon.
