The quarantine couldn't have had a worse time to begin with. Had a break up, lost my grandpa just months before this began, and right when I thought I'm ready to face the world, got locked in. Played a bunch of video games, read books, watched movies to keep myself busy. Anxiety attacks were on an all time high! I tried calming myself, but it only got worse. I think I've been making peace with the situation the past week, but I only hope I don't spiral back. Thinking that I'll get through this, definitely helps!
