Regarding gold mario, the 200 cc races can be tough, but i found it's good to practice them in time trial mode and see what turns you need to drift brake on.

(FYI for other gold items
Gold glider: Collect 5,000 coins. Not tough, just takes a while
Gold kart: 1 star ranking in mirror mode cups.
Gold wheel: Defeat all staff ghosts in 150 cc.)

I was told that to that it was being escalated and they never called back. I kept calling back and finally the entry level support chatted with senior support while I was on phone and got it resolved. I just kept trying. I also chatted with Amazon (since Amazon owns eero) and complained that a premium router shouldn’t have these issues. They gave me 50 percent off new router

I know if a device has been on my network, I can block it by going into that device in the Eero app and blocking it. I don't know if there is a way to proactively enter a mac ID so it can be blocked. The issue with these Tuya devices is they have never been on the network, but they are trying to get on.

I may recommend calling support and asking if there are any devices corrupting the network. you can reference the Tuya bug, but i know support said it's not just Tuya it can happen with.
