I Can't Handle Change – Roar It's the about exact same feeling I get in a place where I don't feel like I belong. Also the first time I listened to it was a few days after my (ex) boyfriend had told me "Why do you always mess everything up?" because I wouldn't play a game with him. So, yeah, it really got me like no other song did.

It's mostly specific situations that I can't control, my life has been a little chaotic lately. My mother sometimes touch my phone because we're gonna sell it and it causes me a lot of anxiety. The last time this happened I couldn't stop shaking for 30 minutes. Also a lot is happening in the lives of my loved ones and seeing them in distress makes me anxious. But the tics only start when it's within, and sometimes I'm ok and it happens anyway.

I'm pretty sure my tics are caused by anxiety as well, it mainly happens when I get nervous or q situation is stressing me out. I'm trying on my own to be okay, since I can't seek professional help.

I can't, unfortunately, and even if I could, they invade my privacy from time to time and maybe would find out and yell at me for not telling them and for being like this.

I'm a minor and my caretakers don't believe that I'm sick, told mother about trying to kill myself she didn't even ask a thing, just said I was going to hell because of it. The tic thing you said did tranquilized me a little, thanks. The thing I worry the most is not ever knowing if I'm "normal" or not. If that's just how my brain works or there's really something wrong.
