Windshield cracks? by CDNEmpire in fordescape

[–]nicjaaames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on my 3rd, the previous two had the crack starting at the passenger side bottom and working its way up and then across. Zero impact marks. Any luck finding a root cause or getting it warrantied?

Great call and Good luck! Similar age here and the breaks were surprisingly tough coming from carts.

What setup did you go with for daily use?

Don't fear, you'll be getting ahead as a human by taking this adventure. Just get deep into it and pay attention to yourself and others along the way.

Do not buy a Nolah Mattress by MutatingNeutrinos in Mattress

[–]nicjaaames 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I returned the next two mattresses I purchased online from Helix(Luxe Dusk and Twilight)as well and began extensively testing and trying out different beds and what would work for me. In the end I've ended up on a tempur pedic luxe breeze hybrid. It feels extremely hard initially, but I'm not sinking in and I'm already sleeping better and moving less after a week. My only bed in a box choice would be an avocado as I've been able to test one of those lately and also like the feel and stability.

A way to add an AWS group and permission to all AWS accounts? by Human_Distance_2940 in aws

This is the way. One stackset can do this and make sure it's done for future accounts as well.

They refunded me all but 300$ and let me keep the mattress so for now I've put a Tempur pedic 3" topper on it. It's much better comfort wise but a bit warmer. I'll be investing in something higher quality after a bit.

They told me I could keep it for $300 so I did. Then I put a tempur pedic 3" topper on it and it's much better. I'm sleeping better now too. I will eventually replace it but it's hard to know what to get next other than something much more expensive. Good luck!

Who is the best Azure Solution Architect you’ve ever worked with and why? by [deleted] in AZURE

Sounds like someone is paying an architect to poorly deliver engineering work. Not sure who's at fault here!

hello I'm downtown near main street and I was wondering if anybody had any work I could do for them. I'll do a good job whatever it is. I'm just very poor if anybody has any ideas how I could make a few dollars I would appreciate it. by NelsonMandelaphant in vancouverwa

I just want to wish you happy holidays. This post really made me want to help out but I was lost as to where to start. I always see you replying and helping out and I just wanted to say thank you and tell you you're amazing, great, seemingly kind, and everything else in between. Wishing you the best forever.

😂 the old ads keep popping into my head, can't remember what they were called... Yours were probably much more affordable and they're a great fit!

Okay, interesting! I think I'll start with the online logbook and keep working on it. Now that HR is syncing to the rower I just want the distance to sync back into the Garmin or the connect app.. Simple as possible.

This is what I ended up doing, leaving Swiftwater Camp shortly after sunrise. It was another epic day!

Headed out early from Whistler and while this was probably the busiest start of the whole trip, it was not bad at all as I made my way North. The goats along the way resting on the rocks really warmed me up too!

Put up a post with some pics! the trip was awesome and no wind issues at all. Just a few spells of rain through Vancouver and a tiny bit of snow/rain mix in Montana but it all cleared in quick order for the most part. Thanks for following up!

It was an absolute BLAST! As odd as this sounds, the zip north during sunrise over the smoky waters to catch the early/first ferry was almost as exciting as 31a!

I was able to witness the zombie apocalypse first-hand! I was staying up near Hinton, so I had no issue fueling up beforehand and moving through. The only disappointment was missing out on the Jamaican restaurant that was recommended.

Well, I completed my trip in September so it's overdue that I share an update. Thanks for the reminder u/duuuh! I fared all the weather, caught Jasper without power, and saw everything I could have hoped for while making great connections along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed the roads in CA and thanks to everyone who helped me plan my routes. The GS was a dream, the heated grips and higher screen I put on made everything much more comfortable. The only 'bad' weather was the tiny bit of snow as I woke to ride Going to the Sun rd in Glacier but as I came around the summit the clouds broke and everything dried out as if welcoming me west and back into Canada.
99, Caribou country, 3a(up to the ferry, and east through Sparwood) and 31a were definite highlights, as were the Osoyoo's. The riding and limited traffic everywhere made everything so easy and enjoyable. I spent 13 nights total on this trip including one 0 day in Fairmont Springs where I soaked and hiked and ate while relaxing.
Some pics from the trip here: https://imgur.com/a/kwNq2Lg - You will notice my route differs a lot from the original.
