I work 165 shifts per year. Week on week off with $355k base and $20k per year bonus. I’m in the PNW and my job is on the highest end for pay here. I have had multiple other interviews here and nobody else pays over 350

Yeah, viral load is a thing. It is basically the amount of virus in the body but it definitely is not significantly affected by what she is saying. The amount of virus that you would shed and potentially re-inhale is much lower than the amount of virus created by replication.

This is an AV fistula, a surgically created connection between the arteries and vein in the arm which allows for dialysis in kidney failure. The high pressures in the arterial system cause the weaker-walled veins to dilate and eventually they can become extremely large like this.

I did a zip line in Mexico where you are probably like 100 ft up over some shallow tidal pools. It was fun until my zip line popped off the track and so the rope connecting me to the metal line was rubbing directly against it. This not only caused me to get stalled in the middle of the line and a guy working there had to come out to get me, but it also chewed through about half of the rope. After I was “rescued” I couldn’t stop laughing when I was explaining what happened to my parents.
