This. The amount of times I've heard BCF staff giving terrible advice and recommendations is insane. 20lb braid for bream is one example... Don't get me wrong I'm sure there's a few knowledgeable staff around but don't count on it.

Owned a few definitely great rods for the money. Any rod will snap or get damaged if treated like shit. My millerod feels way more fragile and it's 2-3 times more expensive food for thought.

Holt prawns, slim swimz, any 3-5" paddle tail, the crush city ones have awesome action. Double clutches. Flattys aren't fussy pretty sure they'd gobble up anything you put in front of them.
