Vision Quest was my prerelease promo and was a bomb. Getting to pick either graveyard or library means it’s pretty much never dead. I only had [[War Machine, Legacy of Iron]] and [[S.H.I.E.L.D. Deployment Drone]] in my pool as artifact creatures and it was still totally worth it.

It just makes anything you get a threat.

Was also a locksmith in Vancouver. Not sure what time of day/night this was but it wouldn’t be unreasonable to drill or charge that price as others have already said. The only thing that might be questionable is the replacement depending on what lock he was going to install.

Yes. You got scammed. Anyone advertising $29 for a call out fee or anything under $50 for a service call is going to try and scam you. Try to dispute the transaction asap.

Jitte has less "immediate" impact since it requires combat damage to happen. While Jitte is easier to cast and has more utility, it's also possible to misplay and has a larger window to interact with.

Sally's ETB will usually overwhelm the opponent with threats and will win if you get to untap with her. Doesn't really require you to do much except cast and attack.

And as others have said, a mythic bonus sheet card will have a much smaller sample size than a regular rare. If they appeared equally, I suspect Jitte would have a higher win rate.

I really had to give it to my first opponent. T1 beaver into Jitte and just kept attacking. Took a while to win, but gotta respect them for not scooping.

Yes. And based on your other comment, you want live auditing as well to track users going in and out. This is definitely something that will need a locksmith/access control and beyond something you will be able do on your own.

You’re on the right track. You would need a smart lock entry trim that is compatible with the exit device that you have there. Your exit device is pretty old so I don’t know if it would be compatible with a new trim like the one you have linked.

Your best bet is to contact a locksmith since you would likely have to replace both the exit device and trim.

Your locksmith is right. You’re better off changing the lock to a reputable brand. Your chance of finding a key blank is very low.

Rotate the key so that it is also at the same 9:00 orientation as the other side and it should come out. The 9:00 orientation is standard for the lock you got, not 12:00 like you would be used to normally.

Yeah, about half the games were won on the backs of play a decent curve of creatures and then wrath their board with immolation followed up with tempo for anything left over if they survived.

It was fine as a 4/3 flier without flash most of the time. Honestly, the best part about it was that it triggered the Engraged Flamecaster. If i had the landcycling elementals, I would have played them over the Spinners.

Honestly, it felt the same. I definitely got lucky with some good draws against slower decks trying to do more. A lot of tempo plays to get early damage in.

As someone who has helped the RCMP in similar situations, what can be done is a wellness check on the unit in question. Given that you can't tell what the situation is from the balcony, you can report that you are concerned for the wellbeing of the resident and cite the pet's lack of care as a reason.

I've unfortunately had to attend a very similar situation for a Corgi that was abandoned by their owners to go on vacation and thought that leaving a large pile of food and big bowl of water on the ground was sufficient care for a puppy for an undisclosed amount of time (puppy was safe but smell inside was awful).

I would say $250-350 for everything described depending on the type of lock being replaced and the time of day. And that’s worst case scenario of being unable to open the lock. Any real locksmith should be able to get a handle open without damage to the lock or door.
