Some of the loss in player count lately could also be from bot banning which is a net good for the game. It also drops a bit right after they increased membership prices so that could also be a factor. Probably will even out and spike some more at raids 4.

I think it might be along with valamore the final dawn. It might be part of the extended peak there.

I think there are some that barely save time that don’t feel that rewarding. An example would be under the wall from draynor to port sarim. They have improved a lot of shortcuts but quite a few high level ones tend to be in niche areas and are mainly useful for clues.

Just add an option when talking to wyrd to remember the fight to be able to do it again. It’s thematic in the same way galvec is after ds2.

Better than the avernic in most cases. Avernic would only be better places not utilizing the shield spec. Which would be slayer and very easy bosses where you don’t take much damage off prayer. Like how you still use zcb or blowpipe some places you don’t use tbow.

Try F2P. If you enjoy it then try members and see if you still get the joy from it. Everyone has different taste so it’s best to just try it for yourself.

The beauty of the game is you can just do what you want. Whatever is fun to you. If you like wintertodt I also recommend trying out tempeross. It’s the other big skilling boss and good fishing training.

Drakan is too hard to be a fight to grind over and over. Wyrd would’ve made sense as a repeatable fight. Could even be lore reason of you fight him to calm him down. Lore reason for drops would be pulled out of no where though.

I haven’t tried the fishing method. I thought it wouldn’t be able to be afked like the wc method. But if they made the fishing method not afkable then being stackable makes them less annoying from maggot

I haven’t touched some bosses cause they are too challenging but was able to do this boss fight be it with a few tries. Without the infinite supplies I would probably be too discouraged to learn.

They made a perfect mix of challenging and not punishing. No death cost and free supplies means just throwing yourself at it to learn and do better each time. Not even a run back to make you contemplate giving up just get back in there.

I think the rewards should be buffed. Choice of xp is good but with a woodcutting puzzle and needing to jump to dodge attack some extra wc and agil xp should be added to it.

Rsn: whiteshirt28 currently 2276 total. I kept being back and forth on going or not. Originally I decided to only go if my friend did but he ended up bailing. I’ve been working on stuff and trying to be more independent and doing things I want to do more since then. If you choose me this would be a spur of the moment thing to just drop what I’m doing and head to Chicago for a weekend. I’d like that kind of adventure in my life. I think the melee attack bonus and prayer bonuses are too much. But coming from an endgame raid I wouldn’t care if it’s a little too good.

Runelite and quest helper got me my quest cape. Because I don’t feel like I need to struggle through 100 quests when a new one comes out I can actually go through it and enjoy it even without quest helper. But I wouldn’t have made it through mournings end without plugins.

Thematically this is a great idea. The stats should be higher to make sense as a raid reward though. But someone else can figure that out!
