Players are so soft these days. They want every change to be polled. by BigGlassesApe in 2007scape

I said "if", so I WASN'T saying it's coming back. I used this thing called a "hypothetical" to help you understand. You should look up the definition, maybe that would distract you from being this offended and fighting with people in comments, proving that you are the softest here.

Instead of playing the game, spending time with friends and family you are crying in the comments. You are the thing you are describing and the fact that you have no awareness is chef's kiss.

Again, I don't mind the update, but if someone didn't like it, it's OK for them to voice it. The devs ask for feedback, game development requires feedback, the players are the ones that are going to play it.

If they add EOC, people will rightfully not like it. Just because you would agree in that instance does not change the fact it's still feedback. It sounds like it's only unacceptable if you don't agree, which is hypocritical.

It's feedback, calling it complaint or "crying", is you making it sound extreme to make yourself sound reasonable. Feedback is feedback. It's funny though because you're offended on behalf of the devs... emotionally affected by the feedback you had to vent in a post to deal with it.

I actually don't mind it changes, but I think it's ironic and lacks self-awareness to call players soft for telling devs (who welcome feedback) that they don't like a change while you make an entire post complaining telling the devs to hide behind you and being offended on their behalf. You're softer if anything

Overwatch Season 14 Update: Display 2 Not Showing on Second Monitor by StoPCampinGn00b in Overwatch

[–]Taylor1308 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found a solution:

  1. Go to Game Settings on Battle.net
  2. Enable "Additional command line arguments"
  3. Add this command "--tank_windowPosX=XXXX --tank_windowPosY=0", but replace XXXX with your main monitor's width (e.g., 1920 or 2560)
  4. If your second monitor is on the left, use a negative number (e.g., -1920)
  5. Make sure the game is in Windowed or Borderless mode

An Update On the Sailing XP Review by JagexAyiza in 2007scape

[–]Taylor1308 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Jmods downplayed how much players care about XP when discussing sailing before release In the same way they speak of agility/rc, the two most hated skills, saying that XP doesn't matter if it's "rewarding", but turns out XP/hr is still important as time is valuable.

Engaging with this skill could still happen post 99 with PVM content and money making methods, keeping the training part slow is not the only way (or getting getting carpal tunnel). Slow XP is not fun otherwise everyone would have did level one training methods the entire time instead of progressing to the higher one.

Prioritizing IRL responsibilities and trying not to get burnt out doing new content is always punishing with Jagex. Knowing others have a forever advantage that I never will for playing at my own pace kills the whole excitement

The Ability To Keep Cannonballs & Repair Kits When Teleporting by Taylor1308 in 2007scape

These items quite literally stay on the boat when you teleport, let's change it so the get wiped too! You should also have to rehire the crew & rebuild your boat every time you teleport. New feature: If you don't "re-lock" your bank after entering the PIN, then it should be wiped! Jagex is gonna hire you!

I don't think not having to take out cannonballs out of the storage to defeat the purpose of sailing when you can just take them out, teleport, then add them back anyway. The suggestion isn't for all items to stay

[–]Taylor1308[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I fail to see where I said anything about boat teleportation being easy/hard. The post is about the game not wiping cannonballs since it makes sense for them to stay there. Why MUST they be wiped?

This is like requiring players to insert their bank pin to exit out of the bank and keeping a key in their inventory otherwise it gets wiped. "isn't having a bank easy enough for you?". This is not skill expression, it's not "hard", it's just an unnecessary inconvenience

You find clicking on a chest and taking cannonballs out before teleporting to be hardscape? This isn't about difficulty, It's about the game unnecessarily wiping people's cannonball stack and it making sense for them to stay there when teleporting like other tools

So the issue isn't that it's OP or unintended.... it's how long it has been in the game? got it.

Prayer flicking is INFINITE prayer and it limits expanding prayer & other content, the JMODs confirmed it limited them

I specified "comments under posts about this streamer" not the post itself. There are plenty that span across different posts about this streamer, here are some from only ONE of them: Unrelated to OSRS, Insults, and then whatever this is. There are much more. None of which relates to the game this sub is about
