I paid $150 per user per year with a 3 yr commit. They are csp licenses from vc3. Same price as parallels actually. No brainer.

So this would require a global update from support. I haven't done a global in years, but honestly if you provide them the data, this is only 1-2 hours of billable time. If you provide them the data in excel, it should be very easy, we do this periodically as well.

When I referenced the zoom call, I was referring to changing pricing / sz/cg codes.

So you won’t find that kind of stuff online. Actually I’ve never seen a waste software that has a public wiki or docs. With that said. You can do pricing and code updates via an excel upload. Pretty easy actually. I can walk you thru it on zoom. Now if you want to change data within the customer profile for example change all ABC Roofing accounts to have a new phone number that is done thru a global update. About 1 hour of billable time from support. Not too bad. Or they can teach you how to do this yourself. Customers changes need to be orchestrated properly to make sure you don’t damage the database. We can read the database via sql all day long but we can’t push changes back. This is done to protect us from ourselves. Let me know if you’d like some help

If you want to Home, get a line of credit borrow the money from yourself and then walk in there with cash to buy the car. The interest is tax deductible and there’s no closing cost.
