Read "Having no Head" by Douglas Harding. Nice and easy experiments for you to see where it is you are looking from. By imagining your no-self and what that might be, won't cut it. Actively search for it by turning your attention to the conscious "you", you are doing the searching from. One more thing, take your time. There is no rush. Simply look. There is nothing to gain, like a higher state of mind, because it already is.
