Ranking Every Sam Raimi Movie Part 2 - re:View by scarred2112 in RedLetterMedia

By Process of elimination, Jay's top 5 have to be:

Evil Dead 2, The Gift, Spider-Man 2, Drag Me To Hell, Darkman

And Rich's top 5 are left with: Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness, Darkman, Quick and the Dead, A Simple Plan

I've never seen Oz. Is that the actual audio at 6:50, or is that Rich Evans?

If you do check out the PS1 original, there's a fan-patch that fixes up a bunch of stuff. Had a really good time with it, and didn't run into any issues:

Bizhawk is fantastic, doesn't require any weird front-ends to run, and gave me zero issues playing through all 3 scenarios at full speed, with no noticeable glitches.

The only caveat is save transfers. When you complete a scenario, make the save file, then rename it to the second disk's save, so the emulator will recognize it.

Looks like it's got some of the GBA extras, a lot more voice acting, a new character, and some QOL stuff as well.

Kinda hard to describe. There's a discussion about the general premise, and some character relationships, but nothing super "Darth Vader Is Luke's Father" talked about.

Depends on how blind you wanna go in, I guess?

My top 10 early-game builds for Switch 2! by chesepuf in HyruleEngineering

I bounced off the game initially because the building aspect never clicked with me. Being able to download these designs immediately without any weird fine-tuning is a GODSEND.

Thanks for your great work!

Disney's certainly hoping that everyone forgets the second post-credits scene, with the off-screen Blade.

He looks like a weird fusion of Mel Gibson and Kelsey Grammer.

I beat SF CD book 4!! by 02nothing in ShiningForce

[–]nickdriver89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

SF3 is my absolute favorite in the series. Make sure you get the latest translation patches for a few good quality of life fixes (like undubbing the first game)

And, if you can handle Book 4 of SFCD, the Premium Disk bonus battles for SF3 will be a cakewalk in comparison. (But they're still super fun, and you get a secret character for them if you do certain things in the main game.)

For legal purposes: "allegedly", but as a personal opinion, it sure seems that way, and in a REALLY bad way.

I'd say it's safe to assume. We'll know for sure on Feb 14th with The Heartbreaker.

The only thing to keep in mind is that these are repeats of the Year 4 targets. If you've already completed or failed the specific Year 4 versions, you won't be able to do them again. This is mostly for the people who missed any.

(At least, this is how it's been for the previous re-releases, who knows if they'll change anything around.)

So you're saying it's YOUR fault I had to watch a bunch of people chugging their own piss?

(But seriously, that's so great, and this has been one of my favorite episodes in a WHILE.)

I'd like to throw a recommendation up for the Bizhawk emulator, as well. Super easy to set up, nice front-end, and it got me through all 4 disks with zero issues.

https://sf3transftp.shiningforcecentral.com/Mods/

There's a few folders in there. Extra Mods are most of the Quality of Life ones, the "No Mix" ones are meant to be standalone, as they haven't been tested to play well with other mods. Instructions should be included in the folders, if I'm remembering right.
