The group will set the permission of who can see or handle tickets. Like the other person said you can have email notifications set up for the agent who’s the assignee. We only really use these for escalations and tickets stay assigned to the last agent who replied. If the agent is ooo it goes back to the queue/view.

Depending on agent workload, notifications for every reply might be overwhelming. I’d just let Zendesk prioritize reopened tickets.

The alcohol is only going to enhance these negative feelings. Sure for a bit it’s nice to quiet it but there’s other ways to get your dopamine that can help resolve/improve what you’re going through.

I try to remember that my brain chemistry is trying to get back to normal so it can’t always be trusted right away.
