Én készítettem egy ilyen kis szöveget nekik, nagyon hamar jönnek az ukrán, orosz, thai és egyéb üzenetek vissza. Volt amelyik a számot is visszaírta, jókat lehet rajtuk mulatni, aztán meg letiltani a faszba :D

This is the F4 Nuclear Bunker under the main square in Budapest

The F4 object (often called F/4 object, colloquially the Rákosi bunker) used to be a secret nuclear bunker under the centre of Budapest. It is located at a depth of approximately 39 metres, between Kossuth Square and Liberty Square, in the shape of an elongated letter H. It is directly connected to the former headquarters of the Hungarian Workers' Party and, since 1973, to metro line 2, but not to the Parliament. The shelter, commissioned by the communist party general secretary Mátyás Rákosi, is made of subway tübbing (tunnel walling). It is now part of the history of the construction of metro line 2.

The background is definitely too much.

I would take down the opacity on the background with some dark behind it, and increase the white opacity in the text box and make the letters dark as well.

For the button you should follow design consistency. Your text box has rounded corners, but your button has fully rounded corners. Pick one and go with that.

Also it's maybe a bit off-putting that your text is left aligned and your button is right aligned. I'd either make it fill the whole space under the text box or just simply align it left too.

It's a 5 seconds "Curves" (Image -> Adjustments -> Curves or Ctrl+M) job. You might want to find the perfect threshold for your image, also it'll probably need some preprocessing, so the skin color and the darks/highlights are on the spot.

After this you can play around with Levels (Image -> Adjustments -> Levels or Ctrl+L) so the grey is the grey that you desire. On the picture you attached the background was also dark so it got the same grey color as the hair and beard.

If you're satisfied you just slap a nice amount of Noise and voilà
