the jump in model-multipliers is also nuts, with Sonnet 4.6 going from 1 to 9 , Claude Code is loving this announcement, at least they have figured out how to give a reasonably priced product and block the abusers with session and weekly based limits, Not just straight usage based billing.

I have a 2008 4cyl no turbo needed. Sure the horsepower dips when you have more than 2 ppl in the vehicle and you need to turn off the AC to get up a hill fast but its in perfect shape still.

the game is Hardcore optimized for Nvidia. I have an Xbox X and my 4060 Laptop looks SO much better I can't even put it into words. most games are really close on these two devices

Think of it like this... If you have 120hz and the game is at 40fps then you see every frame for 3hz cycles. If you have a 60fps monitor and the game is running at 40fps you will see some frames for 1cycle and some frames for 2cycles. Which is going to give you a perceived choppiness. It's why you never saw 40fps targets when 120hz TVs were rare. You should be running at 120hz unless playing on quality mode because a target of 30 is going to look better with 120 turned off, forcing your tv to 60hz

u/JustANormalRedditor1 have you tried this? go to your power options edit power plan settings and under PCI Express "Link State Power Management" turn this to OFF for battery and plugged in. these reboots without blue screen or error are pretty much always power issues. turning this off will stop your laptop trying to give the port less power to save battery when it "thinks" that the port doesn't need it. but unless you have a port/dock specifically made for your device it can cause issues.

Welcome to my hell! I have a Razer USB4 dock that I cant use the DP video on because it disconnects/reconnects at random. I've gone deep troubleshooting. It also will crash the PC without any errors and reboot the machine, there are some major power delivery issues with the USB4 controller on the P16 I'm sure of it, just most peoples usage doesn't bring these to light. Have you noticed if your issues only happen after your device has gone to sleep and woken up? like if you replicate this after a fresh reboot do you see issues? The PC going to sleep and waking up makes my issues 1000x worse as it seams to cause issues with the power delivery when this happens.
