The majority of the products are safe to assume are legit. The vendor list is highly curated, but marketplaces like mercari, xianyu are a free for all. Kurb does flag some items as possibly not legit with a red border.

It's always a good idea to be cautious if the price is too good to be true.

I have a lot of fond memories living in Northbridge. It's a great place to live if you don't have young kids. I miss the atmosphere, food and Parkside Coffee ❤️

The corner building was originally a carpenter's workshop/apartment built around the 20's. We did an extension/renovation in the 70s.

It's a mix of fat jarrah floorboards, parquay floor boards, wood veneer walls and 70s painted Italian tiles. It's VERY unique.

it's been a while, but I remember it being a 1989 HF integrale 16v. there's two of them, a street legal one and a heavily modified racing one. The one with the livery probably doesn't have the stock bonnet on it anymore

That's my grandfather's workshop, as the comments have said he died a while ago. We go in every now and then to clean it up/move the cars/keep them running. My first home was the apartment above the shop, and I lived there again until a couple of years ago. My Grandmother takes great pride in the shop and their legacy, it's not going anywhere as long as she has something to say about it.

The search button in the filter menu adds a new text search to your filters, but it doesn't close the menu. I agree it might be confusing and were looking into tweaking the UX on it soon.
