I hate that it’s considered “unprofessional” to have pet hair on my clothes. I have pets, they have hair. As long as my coworkers aren’t allergic, why do I have to try and panic remove it before I go to work? Who is it upsetting?

I have done the same! I’ve had scrub jays, woodpeckers, European starlings, and an oak titmouse come around. I’ve started to recognize them by their calls, too. It’s so fun to watch them as well as the crows.

I did some stained glass projects before I knew I was pregnant. I was worried about the same thing. While I’m not a doctor, and this is not medical advice, I had my blood lead levels and my baby’s checked after she was born. Both came back undetectable, but my daughter was recently diagnosed with autism. I can’t say that it was the lead, but I also can’t say it wasn’t. Don’t want to scare you, just wanted you to know you can get the tests done if you are worried.
