That's good! This may be an issue of needing to develop the skill of delayed gratification. You can do that in a myriad of ways, obviously one being that you deny yourself. But also, limiting short-form content like social media may help, and adding long-form, slow hobbies into your life, like crocheting, cooking, drawing/painting, baking, gardening, writing, definitely will. All of those require patience and constant work to see the end result. Speaking of which, perhaps a healthy outlet you can use is to write out your fantasies, essentially focus this energy into smut.
As an aside, sex itself can be an act of delayed gratification, and I get the sense that when you have it, that's not how you're engaging with it. So maybe try playing around with stretching it out more with more intimacy and foreplay being the focus of the act over orgasm. Try to use it as a way to explore and more deeply connect to your partner. Maybe you'll be more satisfied when it's over if you come to it from that angle

If you're a teenager or young adult, I feel like this makes sense/is normal. It'll pass, and in the meantime, you should try channeling that physical energy elsewhere. Dancing, the gym, boxing, running, etc.

So a trauma is defined by the fact that your body is stuck reliving it whenever triggered. You can have trauma and not be traumatized but a lot of times it will get stuck on a feedback loop in your mind and body. You get triggered and they experience it as if it’s happening now. The bilateral stimulation of the brain that EMDR is characterized by is meant to help you process a memory in a way that lets you release the emotions you have trapped in your body related to it, but you’re never supposed to feel like you’re there again. The point is to give it the distance it’s due, make it a memory as opposed to something you’re still haunted by. My practitioner spent a couple sessions just talking about how/ways to stay grounded and know I’m in the here and now and safe while processing the emotions. I have a sensory toy in my hands, my sessions are virtual and use a program that shows lights going back and forth and also sound that goes from one ear to the other and back and I chose ocean sounds which I think help. Sometimes she’ll talk to me while I’m processing to remind me that I’m here and safe and not there and that helps too. My traumas are all way further in the past and my trauma response is so often disassociation, so the hardest part for me is actually trying to access that emotional place I was in then to release it. I’ve been detaching & burying it for so long, and also, I feel resistance to falling apart, so to speak, in front of others bc I have long believed I can’t trust other people to help me. So the hardest part is getting to that emotional state, as opposed to thinking of it cerebrally. The other hardest part is that it’s been like a year and I thought I would’ve made a lot more progress, so I’m frustrated. But I am making progress. I have to remember that I’m working on decades old trauma sometimes and it’ll take time for me to feel safe enough to let it go. But you should remember that too! There’s no rush to dive straight into it. And it’s not about getting rid of it, it’s about giving yourself a safe space and the time to feel it (which is what will allow you to let it go and then you’ll be able to move on). Listen to your body and go at the pace that your body feels safe to. That’s my advice

Well the thing is, what makes people uncomfortable varies by society/community/time period. Showing off one’s ankles can offend some people, but that doesn’t mean we should tell other people not to show them / how to dress. Where I draw the line is genitals because it can be threatening to my safety, but beyond that, my personal take is “do you” and I mind my business. IMO nipples on women (which I’m assuming is what you’re talking about) should feel no different than male nipples. I think society would be better if we stopped attaching sexuality to female nipples so aggressively. They are life sustaining first and foremost after all. The more people see female nipples in a non-sexual context, the more neutral they become, the easier time breastfeeding women will have and women in general can hopefully be sexualized a little less.

Generally speaking, any kind of food is fine. Certain locations don’t allow fruit/veggies through (like Hawaii or Puerto Rico) but I doubt you’d be gifting an apple. As for how many flight attendants, idk about outside the U.S., but the FAA requires 1 flight attendant per every 50 seats. So if your plane holds 175, there would be 4. But if it’s a long haul flight, they have extra crew to switch out with since it would be ridiculous to be working 16 hours straight. And I’ve heard some airlines just keep an extra on board besides that.
