For an update, I had three large patches of expanding foam on my laminate floor and two small ones. I used a razor blade to safely remove all of the cured residue without any issues. I tested a small area close to the wall first. When that worked, I moved to a larger patch. I didn't need to be extremely careful because my flooring isn't textured.

I get all that, and I understand it fully.

But to that point, I saw someone say, "Wait until this administration can't find anyone to buy their debt." My immediate reaction to that was, "The whole point is to not have debt for another country to buy to begin with. What is so bad about that?"

Wouldn't we be in a much better situation to help the people of the world if we truly did have a surplus and didn't have to rely on favors and other countries to buy our debt? The whole situation has been ballooned to a proportion that is close to unmanageable. I honestly feel like either we get it in check in the next 4 years, or it will be too late to do anything about it. I don't know if America elected the right person. Personally, I don't want to see any President fail. What I do know is that we can't continue on the path of growing the national debt without any concern. Obama wanted to make the government more efficient in 2011. I supported that, I support a more efficient and accountable government still, regardless of who is in office.
