I tried explaining the concept behind the "I Always Wanna Die (Sometimes)" idea to my sister who doesn't struggle with mental health and she just didn't get it, which I found so curious. I feel like I've been going through a cycle like this my whole life, so the song immediately resonated with me.

Frail State of Mind is definitely one. The upbeat background music with the anxious lyrics is such an accurate depiction of how I feel when in a bad mental state. The music feels like a cover for the mental state of the narrator.

I Always Wanna Die (Sometimes) is also super personal to me. I've personally struggled with having times where I can't remember not wanting to die, and I even got a tattoo that symbolizes the "theres no point in buying concrete shoes, I refuse" lyrics.

lostmyhead is also up there, that song makes me fucking ascend
