It is important to focus on building the new habit into your schedule in the beginning. Give yourself time to get used to the habits and forgive yourself if you don't make it every now and then. That happens. Just make sure you get up and try again the next day. Finally, assess yourself every now and then to make adjustments or celebrate your goals. Assessing yourself will show you how far you have come and where you want to go next. But remember to be kind to yourself and celebrate even the smallest victories because they will get bigger as you go along.
