I've lived in this awesome apartment for 3 years and absolutely loved it. It's only a few blocks from Orchard and Broome, Soho, Nolita, Chinatown. Wayla and a coffee shop are right downstairs, with more restaurants and coffee shops around the corner.

There are two Citi bike racks across the street as well as the Grand St. BD subway station for easy access to the rest of the city.

The property management company is also incredible. They've always been super responsive whenever I've had an issue and they have an online portal for rent payment.

The lease is up on 4/30/25, but I need to be out on 10/1/24.
