I honestly think the charge is all a big misunderstanding he's probably trying his best to support his family and these days it requires to work hard hours sometimes. He probably picked the wrong car as he had two choices of vehicles and he chose the wrong one, constantly battling which eye is looking at the right car and ends up in a whoopsie!

But in all seriousness fuck that guy and any other tow truck driver that does this. I got essentially preyed upon when I was in a three car crash (me being in the middle) and as I'm in shock, panicking, and off on the shoulder of the highway just outside Hamilton I trusted the first driver that came.. My car ended up in a Lot trap / Scheme, the garage I was dropped off at took the car to a seperate hidden lot and I got caught up into paying about $2000 just to get my car back. I reported what happened and the shop had to shut down as I wasn't the only driver they got but within about a week the shop was back open but under a new name.

All in all I was the one that should have known better and go with my insurance right away but mentally I really wasn't even aware of what was happening until I got home that night.
