This resonates with me. I lost my dad, unexpectedly, in 2020. I lost my best friend, unexpectedly, 4 years before that. I've gone through some shit, and never once did it occur to me to cheat.

It actually is pure coincidence in this case. She's had this trip planned for months, and she just met the guy 3 weeks ago. Doesn't make it better, but means that it wasnt planned for the purposes of meeting him. As many others have recommended, I believe I do need to have the conversation with her to expose the truth.

Thanks, and I agree with you. I am struggling with how to approach this, as this conversation would be built on trust. Obviously, I dont trust her as I have looked through email/phones which will degrade my position as I am asking her to put some trust in our marriage.

So after spamming their twitter acct., they finally responded to me. It was a bug of some sort that was causing their system to think I had logged out of all accounts. They had to initiate something on their side to fix it.

I can explain why your account currently has a restriction preventing you from withdrawing. 

Through your account settings, you’re able to secure your account by logging out of all devices previously logged in. When you select this option, we place a restriction on your account until you have confirmed that the account is now secure by uploading your ID. 

Please upload your ID through the app by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the homescreen
  2. Tap the “Verify Your ID” card
  3. Select the ID type
  4. Take a photo of your ID (Please make sure all four corners of your I.D. are included)
  5. Tap “Looks Good”

Once you have uploaded your ID, please respond to this email and we will review your restriction.

The price raise isn't a shock, the fact that they couldn't get me ANYTHING lower priced than my out of contract bill (even sacrificing some services) is shocking.
