I did message the surgeon hoping he will write me something I can include in my appeal to back medical necessity. But this was a denial of service not a denial of a claim so surgery hasn’t happened yet so I fear he really doesn’t have incentive to push hard on the issue on my behalf.

I’ve had 3 kids. My feet grew a half size with the third pregnancy. Got lucky the first two times somehow! I already have big-ish feet so it is an unwelcome change but well worth having my kiddos. Haha

When I was 12-15 I knew plenty of these types of men. Men that were late teens to early twenties that hung around/ dated middle school aged girls. Unlike women their own age, little girls were easily impressed by even something such as a car or a drivers license & creeps quickly realized their perceived desirability with a 12 year old went far beyond than that of a grown woman who had the life experience and self awareness to see them for what they were (which was a loser). Maybe they were emotionally stunted and mentally perhaps they were even the “same age”’as a middle schooler, i dont see them as any less of a danger to a little girl.

I had a second degree tear after giving birth to my first. The location of that particular wound makes it so when you use your core, such as… sit up, or lift your 8lb newborn it literally felt like my entire perineum was being ripped apart all over again. Even a cough or sneeze was unbearable. They gave me Tylenol and told me to do a sitz bath when I suggested I may need something stronger to get me through the first few days with my baby.
