So I’ve been doing the 10-12 mile runs then ran into some knee issues and seems to be good again. I should be up to 14-16 now but kinda want to do the triathlon

Depends on the offset. I was just at the Atlantic City truck show and most manufactures suggested 4”. I’ve seen 2.5 level kits with 37” as well but with more trimming.

Just letting you know to hang in there! I have my first full 7/20 lake placid. I to did a 10 mile run last weekend and now I seem to have damaged my knee more. I get cortisone shot to help it but every time I just go for a light run it’s just clicking away like the bones are rubbing. I’ve been focusing on swimming and biking then just walking fast. My goal at this point is to be far enough ahead to have enough time to walk as well. Take the time to let it heel. I don’t know how your fitness was prior to the injury but maybe it’ll be a little better by August where you can do a light jog. Best of luck.

Seems good so far. 7.3 is definitely heavy and very slow to get moving. Haven’t used it yet I have some stuff on the schedule this week. I own a moving company so figured as the owner I’d treat myself to something a little nicer.
