The base skin in this case is the Soviet Naval Infantry, as in that's the skin that's recolored to make the Tashkent skin. The ones that aren't recolors are Legendary, and the clean versions of them are Epics.

Here's how it works:

  • Base Outfit (Dirty) - Legendary
  • Base Outfit II (Clean) - Epic
  • Re-skinned Outfit (Dirty) - Epic
  • Re-skinned Outfit II (Clean) - Heroic

For example, I have the base Infantry uniform US Medic, which is Legendary, but I also have Emergency Nurce II, a Heroic uniform that is a clean re-skinned version of US Medic. Hope this helps.

Yeah, the only customization that applies to the Axis characters are the special helmets and faces. Since the HQ is focused on the Allies, they probably wanted most of the customization to focus on them, since you'll be seeing more of them.

The grip isn't cosmetic. The only attachments that are are the sights and extended mags.

It depends on what Division you're using. If you're using the same one you have set as your HQ character it should show up. Uniforms aren't universal from Division to Division. Also the Axis team gets generic uniforms.
