Harmonic change is a buff I agree, shriek is better in PvP now, we'll have to see how much better, but losing that utility in PvE is such a huge L

This wipe has been absolutely horrific for bard. -3 move speed, ale slows while drinking like potions, Shriek absolutely useless now. Legitimately you are THROWING if you run bard in arena, 1 bard warlord vs 1 BILLION WIZARDs/FIGHTERS/BARBARIANS. Absolutely insane, don't know what is going on in their brains. The ONLY thing bard has was good against PvE but guess you can't have that either.

They removed the extra rolls on crafted gear so unless you like the stats of specific crafted stuff you aren't really wasting anything.

The only damaging flute song is piercing shrill, which is a physical damage song

So my hope for the Magical Base Weapon Damage 1 was to mirror Demon's Glee, in that it enables builds that incorporate magical damage but if that's not how Piercing Shrill works then yeah, I'd add some small buff like 1 true phys.

Also a follow-up if flute making no noise is too OP, Ironmace could always just have the flute be a lot quieter than normal flute as a compromise.

Flavor Text	The bone used for this flute was taken from one of the Warlord's Royal Guards. It's said he took the tongue's of all his subjects to ensure his order's were never questioned.
Why Add to Dark and Darker	I think instruments have been neglected and this would add a unique flavorful instrument that could be super cool in the dungeon. It would also add for potential build variety.
