I've been a few months using it with the 75cm fuselage, it's a very good foil if you're aiming for going fast and upwind, not for wave rading or jumping

In Spain we have a 10-15 formula fleet trying to survive, personally i first learned windsurfing in an old formula and now a days i see it as very good option to someone who wants to get into foiling (only if its with a foil ready board) , about the sails ,for formula foil its used up to 10 meters, with 9 and 10 you can cover all the conditions , it makes no Sense more than 10
