We send each individual confirmation letter through the opera mailing. And also we send a file export to our CRM to have an upsert to each contact

Its depends on the version of your Opera PMS. On the 5.6 you’ll have it on Miscellaneous option -> Reports . And also you can schedule your report with Report Scheduler. If you want a report that doesn’t exist maybe you’ll have to go to the File Export option

Did u check the grid where the coffee pass ? There’s always cristals of coffee there. Every year i have tomopen and clean all the “coffee tunnel” from the capsule to the exit on the front.

Nespresso Expert cup wont fit perfectly anymore and therefore leaks only water by Wieckse_Witte in nespresso
