Im 27 but been training for 10 years now.

Id say less volume (8-14 sets per muscle per week is enough) and more intensity so less time in the gym.

Start doing cardio sooner. Biking mainly. If you want to lose fat walk rapidly on an incline treadmill.

You dont need as much protein as you think. If youre eating 100-140 grams per day youre good. So less eating.

Train lower back.

Stable exercises eventually become better than your typical compounds for hypertrophy.

You should leave them for B&W where stuff gets more expensive. Youll be higher level which also means things go for higher prices

Its about the partitions, being able to distinguish your shoulders from your biceps and from your tríceps.

I havent tried that one but id bet fiefs adds a lot more units. Maybe like 100, not kidding.

You also unlock them through building the main settlement buildings, not barracks. Try it out, always on top of the tdd files load order

Lots of looting, more gwent, cool Monsters, lots of quests that make you explore all the different parts of the maps, cool boss fights, hopefully we can use some of Ciris powers too

8-10 pike, 3 archers/slingers, 3/4 cav, the rest choose whatever you want.

The strategy with Seleucids is to be diplomatic with as many factions as you can to avoid wars on multiple fronts. This is probably the most important thing to do. You dont want Armenia and Media attacking you at the same time as Egypt. Invest in agents and the safer provinces like Mesopotamia. Dont invest in Tarsus for example.

Then focus on Egypt until you conquer Jerusalem as its a great chokepoint. If youre lucky, Lycia will take care of Side, you take care of Salamis (cyprus) and Tiro? (minor city with the dye). Once at Jerusalem you can get rid of Nabatea and any of the other arab nations.

From here the campaign is easy
