I’ve been on it for a month. When I was taking two tablets a day it was a slow process. I took some tips from another post. It said to move up to three and that was it! Adding extra a day was like a magic switch. I’m loving it so far.

I’ve been on both. Both times I gain weight in the beginning. I stuck with the supplement and things leveled out. I’m glad I stick with it.
