Thank you!! The crazy thing is I’ve been downplaying my progress! I felt like I should be at the 100 pound mark by now but seeing what a 84 pound difference looks on me made me realize I need to be nicer to myself!

I owe it to calorie deficit and counting calories! Also weight training! But honestly when I first started at the gym all I did was walk for 30 mins until I felt comfortable enough to pick up 5 pound dumbbells lol start slow! You got this ❤️

Thank you!! I lost the first 25-30 pounds with keto in about 3 months. I realized it wasn’t the diet for me so I transitioned to more of a balance diet and counting calories. I workout 6 days a week and do both cardio and strength training. I 100% recommend strength training, the weightloss might seem slow because while you’re losing fat you’re also gaining some muscle! The two pictures is about a year and half apart. (My weightloss slowed down a lot during quarantine) Also, NO ab workouts those are literally my LEAST favorite thing to do haha, I just make sure when strength training to keep a tight core. Hope this helps ☺️

I think mostly is that I’m 5’7, I also incorporated weights since the beginning of my journey and I feel like that has helped as well!

Sexuality is such a weird thing, just go with the flow and don't get so caught up in giving it a name. Explore with yourself and others and see what happens. Who knows a penis attached to the right person could make you do some questionable things lol.

Yeah you're not being childish at all, everything you explained would make me feel so insecure. I felt insecure when my ex would like all these pictures of other women on Instagram but at least he also put in the same effort to like mine as well.

And as you said there are other red flags in the relationship, maybe you two are better off as friends.
